I am turning 40 in October.  Most people say that I am too young to be experiencing menopausal symptoms.  Unfortunately, one of the downsides of being a female in my family, is that we go through it way early.  But that is an upside as well.  I would rather go through this and get it over with then the other monthly mess.  My mom had actually been going through perimenopause when she ended up pregnant with me.  Two of my sisters were completely done with the menopausal roller coaster by the age of 42.  And since I started the earliest out of them, I am hoping that it will end soon!!!

Since I have started taking the Femestra, I have greatly seen a reduction in night sweats and hot flashes.  I have also seen a reduction of my depression that I tend to get due to both the menopause and the Hashimoto’s disease.
